Access to NHS Dentistry

After the successful procurement of General Dental Services across the PCT the list for patients requiring a dentist within North Yorkshire and York has reduced significantly. In line with other PCT’s we have taken the decision to close the centrally held list.

From the 1st September 2012 NHS North Yorkshire and York will no longer be taking details from patients to add them to the list but will provide signposting for patients to the practice of their choice.

Contact details for Practices are available on www.nhs.uk or 0300 303 0060 during office hours.

If you require Urgent Dental Treatment, please click on the following link to view our page on 'Access to Urgent Dental Care'

All other queries please contact the Patient Relations team.
